We bought your ice cream last weekend at the Hingham Farmers Market hoping to share it later that night with friends, but there were just too many cakes so we held off. Before they ever met, co-founders Elizabeth and Nisreen were growing up half a country apart, building parallel memories shaped by family, food, and the little rituals that made ordinary moments feel special.
For Elizabeth, it was elegant dinner parties that ended with lemon sorbet splashed with vodka — a graceful nightcap.
For Nisreen, it was watching her father craft his late-night masterpiece: rocky road ice cream, a handful of cornflakes, and a shot of scotch poured with flair.
When their paths finally crossed, the connection was instant. They recognized the same nostalgia, the same joy in small indulgences. And together, they asked a delicious question:
