When will my ice cream arrive?

All orders are shipped with dry ice on Monday - Wednesday to ensure your product gets to you frozen and delicious! Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will be shipped as soon as possible on the next available delivery date. Need your product in time for a special event or party? Just include it in your shipping notes and we'll do everything we can to ensure we can acommodate your needs.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your delivery.

We get it. Shipping on dry ice in insulated packaging costs a lot. Which is why we do our best to offer flat rate shipping and include freebies in each of our orders.
